Buds 3 Feedback, Orders, and Shipping

Since I already had the Buds+ I used The Sound Guys review to make my decision to upgrade to the Buds FE. Their reviews seem to be pretty good because I was happy with the decision to upgrade. Here is their complete breakdown between the Buds 2 Pro and the 3 Pro. I've also attached their verdict at the end of the comparison.

Was anyone else told to just call once you received your Buds3pro inorder to get the clear case. I was told twice that I would receive a voucher for the case. 

 Fast forward to yesterday Aug 27,I ordered July 21st, I called to tell them I received. Got email this morning, "request denied ".

 Final straw with Samsung. I will be returning the earbuds and find a new ecosystem with helpful customer service. Who's 1st language is English. I'm looking at you apple :red_apple: never thought I'd say it in 15 years with Samsung!

 I gave them a pass the last couple years due to the pandemic but it's obvious Samsung needs to pull the nose up! Or else..

The Wait is finally over after the setback in production i have the Galaxy buds 3 pro that sound so beautifully amazing and the sound stage is wonderful and smooth they are a must have if you have a Z Fold 6

I finally received mine also. They actually stay in my ears without falling out also.
