Galaxy Buds
Hi! I have the new galaxy buds 3 pro and can't connect to my LG TV. My TV had no problem connecting to the buds 2 pro or any other earbud that I've had. I've tried every trick there is to try. I've contacted support from samsung and support from LG. LG connected to my TV remotely and confirmed I had all the settings on my TV correct and we went through all the trouble shooting steps and still could not connect to the TV. Is anyone else having this issue? I'm wondering if a future update will correct it and if it's a known issue. Trying to figure out if I should return the buds or not. If they can't connect to my TV, I really have no use for them.

Try this, go to the wear app, and look for Seamless earbud connection, I think it is on by default. Turn it off, then try to pair again by pressing the pair button on the bottom of the case.

I tried that, it doesn't work. I've tried it several times actually. Just finished trying again

Ok, I figured it out. I reset my earbuds and then turned the bluetooth off on my phone so that way when I turned on my TV and opened my earbuds the connection to my phone wouldn't interfere. And it worked.
