Buds 3pro: No audible notification for Messages using Google keyboard

When I was on samsung keyboard the buds used to give me a notification saying (messages) to inform me a had a msg, now since updating to Google keyboard i get pause /silencing. Are they going to fix this, cause now just like any other ear bud.i really like that feature. Tyia

Have you checked the settings to make sure the notifications are allowed for the app? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01111236/

If the settings are all correct, we recommend resetting the earbuds. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01218103/

If you continue to not receive the audible notification, we recommend submitting an error report through the app. Open the Wearables app>Tap the Menu>Tap the three dots in the corner>Tap Settings>Contact Us>Error report
