Why I can't talk though my ear buds anymore but can listen to music and youtube

Hello there!

I know how frustrating it can be to not be able to talk through your galaxy buds. I will gladly provide some steps to help resolve your issue.

There are a few factors it could be to as why you are experiencing audios issues with your buds. Such as, you could be wearing the buds incorrectly or the buds may have accumulated dust or debris. Another factor could be outdated software, a low battery, and other different things.

Let's start by checking the fit of the Buds. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00082785/ 

 

You can also try the troubleshooting steps, for audio concerns: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01111323/ 

If all troubleshooting steps does not help, then I would recommend service on the buds.

I like the look of my ear buds and sound but I find them plagued with issues and frustrating to use.

No mine been working its just now when I get a call I can't hear them and they can't hear me so I have to take them out
