I've been enjoying my new buds3 pro for about a week, and today I wiped them off with a microfiber towel and I put the ear buds back in and the left earbud had a static sound and it got louder so I took it out. I checked the earbud and it looked fine so I put them back in my ears. Except this time the left earbud made the loudest ringing noise and now I can't hear in my left ear. Samsung what is going on with these new earbuds?! They've been great but have call quality issues and the high pitched ringing! Not to mention how bad the quality is on the ear pieces! This is extremely disappointing and am now considering returning these.
