Earbud case melted after being charged with type C plug

Very sad to know my case melted around the charging port using a USB type C charged with no brick..
Now not able to charge my buds...Woe Samsung!!!!!
Way to go Samsung 

What am I to do? 
Have a pic of the damage... How to post pics, not an option...??

That is dangerous. Get in touch with Samsung customer support and tell them what happened.

Can you show us a photo of what happened? What type of charger brick were you using?

Make sure you are only using Samsung charger and charge cable. Using others will damage your devices.
