Galaxy Buds Plus not connecting in the Wearables app

I got my galaxy buds + The model number "SM-R175NZBAMEA" I faced errors in "Galaxy Wearable" .. when i connect my buds to my phone they are connected and all. And i do hear the sounds from the buds.. But in the app its ALWAYS giving me an error saying "couldn't connect to your phone" .. Even though; they are connected and i do hear the sounds from it.. The problem is i cannot use ANY feature of this buds because of this stupid error. Please help me, ASAP.

Please try to uninstall the application. You can reinstall it by searching in the Google Play or Galaxy Stores.Screenshot_20211022-005219_One UI Home.png

Already did that and restarted phone many times.. still getting same error

@whatsoever Unfortunately, if the Buds are not connecting in the Wearables app, it is recommended to have them evaluated by a certified technician. Regrettably, support for non-US models is very limited.
