Galaxy BudsI got my galaxy buds + The model number "SM-R175NZBAMEA" I faced errors in "Galaxy Wearable" .. when i connect my buds to my phone they are connected and all. And i do hear the sounds from the buds.. But in the app its ALWAYS giving me an error saying "couldn't connect to your phone" .. Even though; they are connected and i do hear the sounds from it.. The problem is i cannot use ANY feature of this buds because of this stupid error. Please help me, ASAP.

@whatsoever Unfortunately, if the Buds are not connecting in the Wearables app, it is recommended to have them evaluated by a certified technician. Regrettably, support for non-US models is very limited. We suggest reaching out to a support team in your area for further assistance. You can do so by using the following link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
@Trademark525 If the troubleshooting steps provided by @MochaVex are not helpful, it would be recommended to have the Buds evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., please reach out to us via one of the following options with the model code and the serial number from the bottom of the charging cradle: 1.
