I bought a set of buds from a local shopkeep today,it was a phone store that dedicates to all phones, however, the buds are working on the left, but not right. I have charged them till green inside and no change, took alcohol swab to the base and on bud, nothing. I have tried everything that the robot told me on the chat, i am not sure how to get it to work, please help
How? The right ear bud is not working good Sir, so how is it going to be ok? I have a 2019 defective hardware that I am unfortunately unable to return.
