I, like so many others, am having severe issues with my ears after wearing my Buds Pro. I awoke this morning at 3:30 with very wet ears. They also are very itchy.
This is the second time this has happened. The first time I had the same symptoms. But, after my ears began to heal, the flaking and extreme itching began. I noticed it began not long after wearing them. I discontinued use.
Last night, I wanted to try again. I wiped down the silicone tips with alcohol. I wore them for roughly 10 minutes and here we are. Wide awake on a work day with awful symptoms.
I own multiple Samsung devices. My televisions (2), 4K UHD Bluray, sound bar and surround sound, phones, tablets and I just bought the Galaxy Book Go. I love that I can connect everything. Needless to say, I am disappointed in the Buds.
I've noticed that my ears get itchy if I have my pros in for more than an hour or so. I ordered a set of memory foam ear tips from Amazon to see if that solves the problem.

I just went through this exact thing too. Got the ear infection....cleared up while not using the buds and instantly returned after using them. Like immediately it felt like. I have no know allergies so I don't understand how it is causing this but it is 100% from the Buds Pro. That because these have been my favorite by far.
Same problem for me too. I put them in. Literally 20 min. later, my ears start itching and burning. Then start draining some kind of ooze. I took them out for 2 days. Used them while doing yard work, and sure enough, symptoms came back again. They need to do a recall on them.
I just got back home :house_with_garden: from the doc office and pharmacy ⚕ I was given antibiotics and drops with a steroid for my severe ear 👂🏾 infection in both ears.. Flaky ears.. Oozing puss... Inflamed.. Red.. Irratated and could not sleep and haven't been able to.. From these galaxy buds pro.. These are my fav best sounding buds.. I don't like the feel of them tho.. Switched back to my buds live.. We will see...
I got my Amazon order today and swapped out the stock earbuds for the memory foam pair. They fit better in my ears and I was able to listen to podcasts for several hours without any itching or soreness.
It might be something that will solve your issue. At least it's worth a try for 15 bucks.
When I first got the Buds pro I loved the sound but after 15 to 20 minutes of using my ears start itching and burning, then my ears started getting a clear fluid, went to my doctor and said it was an allergic reaction, Never happen with my old galaxy buds. Is there any solution?
I have tried using them again and same thing /reaction in my ears.
This is a copy and past from another post I just made. But I have had all the exact same issues that you have had with your Earbuds. 2 ear infections in a row. Severe leaking, crusty scabs, fluid buildup causing bad hearing loss, extreme pain. I disinfected the buds and case after the first ear infection because I was paranoid. Well after using the buds for around 20 mins my ear infection returned for a second time. I am now on my second round of antibiotics. I know it's the Earbuds. Nothing else ever comes near my ears. And the fact your symptoms are all the exact same issues I'm experiencing. I've missed 2 weeks of work. Absolute nightmare.
