This feature has never worked properly for me. For some reason it just stops working. Both the 360 audio and head tracking stop working soon after turning the feature on and then doesnt work again until the buds are fully disconnected and reconnected again.

If you continue to experience the concern with the 360 audio feature and head tracking, we recommend submitting an error report in the Members app. https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/

You can also have an evaluation of the earbuds performed by an authorized service center.
