I've had my galaxy buds3 for about 9 months. Within that time I've had issues with the actual buds charging in the case. I've taken and had them "repaired" at anan asurion store and they replaced both my earbuds and not the case. Now I've had them for a month and I'm getting charging errors again! I'll put my earbud in the case after using it and it won't charge. I'll get a notification from the galaxy wearable app saying that my earbud is no longer charging and then the next time I go to use my earbuds they'll be dead. My case is fully charged and I still get this message. I'm so disappointed! I love the earbuds when they work properly! 

Is this just a me problem or is this a more common issue? And is there anything I can try to fix this?

 I don't want to take my earbuds back to a store because they had them for over a month before I got them back.

I have the same issue with my buds3 pro. It started about 6 month ago.
