Galaxy BudsWhile i wasnt able to do it in the Wear app, you can do it from your Bluetooth settings. With the Buds connected - Drag down from the top, choose the gear icon to launch the settings menu. Choose Connections, choose Bluetooth, and tap the gear icon next to the Buds. There is a 'Rename' option there.
