Jabra Bluetooth headphones

My Jabras and this galaxy won't sync or even find each other for some reason. Anybody have any ideas?

If you're able to connect other Bluetooth devices, the issue wouldn't be with the phone itself, I would recommend reaching out to Jabrs directly for assistance.
