Pairing issues with laptop and Galaxy buds pro

Does anyone know how to put the Galaxy Buds Pro into pairing mode? for some reason they aren't discoverable on my laptop.

I believe with the buds in your ear you tap and hold on them for about five to 7 seconds or until you hear the tone start.
