I am having trouble with my Pro buds 2. While wearing them they keep making the connection noise over and over. Its almost like the buds dont recongnize they are in my ears. When watching a movie on my samsung phone and wearing the buds they will constantly play that noise like its connected or unconnected and it makes the movie pause over and over. Has anyone else experienced this? I have unpaired and paired the pro buds. i have checked the wearable app to make sure my buds fit correctly in my ears and i still keep having connection issues. Any suggestions?

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is to have a noise interrupting your streaming services. There are some steps to try to get them working, in addition to making sure they are worn properly.

1. Make sure the Buds are cleaned. Dust and debris can prevent the Buds from detecting they have been properly inserted. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00086123/

2. Check to see if you have In-ear detection turned on. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-use-in-ear-or-wear-detection-on-galaxy-buds...

3. Reset the Buds. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01218103/
