It worked for a couple of weeks and then the right ear bud started playing loud static when put in my ear. I unpaired and paired them multiple times and after a half dozen times, it seems to have gone away. Now, the same ear bud will not noise cancel. One again I have unpaired and paired them and reset them. I've tried the fit test and it shows not ideal but it did that before and still activated noise canceling.
Under Support in this Members app, you can run several diagnostic tests for the earbuds and create an error report describing your problem to Samsung tech support.
