Thank you for following up. I can certainly understand your frustration with the buttons not functioning due to it asking you to put in both buds. I would be happy to look into this further for you. The first step I would recommend is to reset your Galaxy Buds pro. This will allow you to go back to factory default settings on your buds: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078085

 

The next step would be to uninstall the Galaxy wearables app and plug in on your device. If you have tried all the steps provided the last step would be a service repair.

I rarely use the ANC on my buds pro but I used it two weeks ago and worked fine. Since you mentioned it, I just checked and it seems to be not working.

Currently, when I connect my buds pro to my phone and go to Galaxy Wearable app, I change Noise controls settings from off to ANC but I found there is no difference between that setting and off. Two weeks ago, when I tried it, the ANC was working. Not sure if it's because of the software update because I found out the ANC not working after the update.
The ambient sound setting still works fine.

It's just not working I push the button in the app it tells me to put in both buds when I have them in
