Samsung should do something about the buds 3 pro suppressing background noise on calls, so much that if you try to whisper or even whistle it does not pick up the sound. This is really annoying. Unless and until you are not talking at certain decibel it just does not pick up the voice. Do something about this. Buds pro, buds 2 pro never had these issues.

There's a Buds Pro3 setting, which switches ANC to ambient mode during phone calls. This lets you hear your own voice during phone calls.

That's for ambient, my problem is ear buds mic does not pick up even my voice if I talk very softly....to test, I called my other device and I noticed, it does not pickup my voice if I whisper, and whistle. So probably only records if I talk at a certain level. Should be some background suppression, which is so strong it is only picking up voices at a certain decibel.

Yeah but this doesn't work when you connect to your laptop and are in a teams or google meet call unfortunately.

The mics on the earbuds are obviously not located close to your mouth, so you need to raise your voice for them to capture what you are saying.

I have had buds pro and buds 2 pro....none of them had this problem. None of them have mic near the mouth.

It sounds like a software update is needed to resolve the issue.

For concerns with the microphone, you can try the steps in the following article: https://www.samsung.com/levant/support/mobile-devices/what-to-do-when-the-galaxy-buds-microphone-is-...
