Samsung Level U or U2 vibration issue

Trying to help a client out that uses Samsung Level U2 neck headphones.

I could not find this as a group in the Samsung Community so posting here.

The issue begins that their headphones used to be able to allow turning off the vibration once and thereafter they would hold that setting even when they are reharged or power cycled.

What has changed is that the headphones do not remember the vibration setting being turned off now.  Whenever they charge them, or power cycle the headphones, the vibration setting is reset to always vibrate.

It is most likely the setting iself. Find which vibration is supported like motion vibration and so on. If it has been reset it should be working at max capacity. Thank you for this brain teaser though.
