Galaxy BudsThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with the Do Not disturb, not functioning as expected and I would be happy to look into this further for you. Studying the night before an exam? A distraction is the last thing you need. Don’t let anything pull your focus with Do not disturb. It mutes all alerts on your phone when you really need some peace and quiet. You can also set Do not disturb to turn on or off automatically at scheduled times. Of course, you can always set certain alerts as exceptions, so you don’t miss an important call. Give the set exceptions option a try to resolve the symptoms you are experiencing: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077281/
The next step would be trying to clear the cache partition on your device.
If you have tried the troubleshooting steps and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend a service repair. Please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.
