my buds 2 pro connect to my phone as 2 different devices and when i use it to make a call no one can hear me how do I fix it with out having to take it somewhere

how do I use that

Connect your buds, open the wearable application, scroll down, select earbud settings, scroll down , and see the diagnostic option, and finally, it will open the member app.
