Most people weren't using them? That's not true. Everyone I knew personally had an SD card. I had several. I don't know what you are talking about people didn't use it. They made it available for a second sim and low and behold what happened? Esims. So why not make it back into an SD card capable and if you want 2 sim cards the other could be an Esim. "Most people weren't using them." are you paid by Samsung to come in and lie to the people who are talking about this? Because that's the most ridiculous statement I've heard in awhile

You can use SmartThings as a replacement for the remote control functionality. The SD card support is only on tablets.

I'm not buying anymore Samsung phones after this phone dies. It no longer receives anything after android 13 anyway after spending close to 1700 new. But yet the iPhone 8 is running the latest version of iOS. Make it make sense. This note 20 ultra has enough to run android 14 and one UI easily. But yet the a series phones and some of the cheaper ones run it just fine what a rip off.

Yup I agree with you and I like you used my expression. The "Make it make sense" I said a few times. But you are so right. I'm also thinking šŸ’ the same exact thing. One plus or maybe someone else through tmobile. I'll never go to an IPhone but they have shown lack of concern about what the customers want for awhile now and keep taking stuff away from us. It's ridiculous and it's wrong

Exactly I have a 1 tb SD card in my phone on top of 256 gb. If I get a s24 ultra it's actually a downgrade and more money that I have to pay for storage. I'm already getting alerts from Google talking about I'm running out of storage after deleting everything on Google photos and my Gmail but yet the storage is still at 13 out of 15 percent full. I have bought Samsung phones since the S2. Then the note 3 and up. Not including earbuds, Samsung levels. Watches. Watch bands cases. You name it. All for them to stop supporting phones that can run the latest version of Android. Then the trade in value for a 1700 dollar phone is 350 if that. Yeah, NO

Exactly :hundred_points: Percent. You nailed it. I have been a Samsung customer for years and they have steadily declined in every single way. They haven't even started the beta and they act so mysterious about it and we have to trust leaks and we still get disappointed because they are wrong. I mean they said they will start it by the end of the year. Thanks for no information Samsung. Thanks for nothing. Thanks for never doing what other companies do. Just tell us the bare minimum of the truth. That's what customers want. A guessing game. Smh šŸ¤¦ā€:male_sign:

Yeah I'm honestly looking at iPhone as much as I hate the thought of it but at least they get updates until the phone can't handle it. I mean you still have to pay for storage but until Samsung brings back the SD card I'm no longer interested in Samsung. I can't even root the phone because of the chipset because you can't root the snapdragon version. I have a galaxy s7 that's still working and rooted with one UI 6 and android 14 it's a little slow but this note would handle it. And then here's the kicker. They started providing longer support right after it was time for the notes support to run out. Then they want to buy it back or offer you pennies towards the new **bleep**.

I have the S24 Ultra and I'm not upgrading until something substantially better comes out
