Galaxy Note PhonesGood day to you all, I have a note 10+ that is paid off but sprint(Tmobile) stores that I have visited were unable to unlock the device to be used with all carriers. They sent me another phone and the problem still persist, could anyone help with this. Thank you and God bless

Replacement phones inherit the activation policy of the previous one, in this case you need to contact support for T-Mobile over the phone, stores don't have access to unlocking it, and ask to be transferred to a specific group of support that still deals with Sprint issues like this one.
