Numbers stored in Note are treated as phone numbers

IF I  store a number in SAMSUNG NOTE it keeps opening telephone when I tap on it. Even if it is a random number.

how  do I stop this ?

Like if you typed a 15 number string does it still bring up the dialer?

In samsung notes settings, look for "show links in notes" and disable that. You can also go to phone settings and search for that setting I think. Unfortunately, this also disables general web page links. Rather annoying...
