Photos are not available in Whatsapp file in File Manager

Hi there.

Every time when i was free i used to see my old photos in File manager.

These photos and videos were in WhatsApp file.

But today when i checked there was no photo available. 

Please help me .

It has very memorable photos. 

Literally i have tears in my eyes...😭

Hello Imad11, Welcome to the Community. We understand how upsetting it is to discover you are missing photos.

Since you state this was a Whatsapp file, try this: In WhatsApp Settings > Storage and Data. Allow pictures to auto download when using mobile data or on Wi-Fi.

Also, try clearing the app cache for Whatsapp: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001372/

Have you checked the storage on your phone?
