My Note 20 has gone haywire. I had it sitting on the wireless charger, screen off and hadn't so much as touched it in at least 20 minutes, when the screen woke up and started flashing yellow. Now that's the only thing it will do. The color moves down the screen is horizontal lines so quickly it appears a solid yellow flashing, but I was able to catch the scrolling aspect when taking video of the screen. The scrolling/flashing is in a constantly repeats a few different patterns, in the same order before starting over. Most of the time, there is a darker area in the center of the screen, vertically almost all the way from top to bottow that looks like an exclamation point (!). The screen itself seems fine, as I can force a restart and the Samsung, Android and carrier logo screens all display beautifully. The yellow flashing only starts when the lock screen opens and user input is called for. I'd guess the digitizer was the problem, but the screen vibrates and reacts to touches like it normally would. I've tried to do a factory reset, but I can't get past the password entry to authorize this step and my attempts to get into the command screens where options are navigated by volume rocker don't seem to work, I am always simply taken through as if I'd not input to go to that menu. Anyone else encountered this or know of a way past the problem? The phone is unusable as is.
