Hello,

I have tried two Galaxy Note 10+ phones and there is a noticeable audio hiss when using AKG USB-C wired headphones. Whenever I touch something, there is a hiss, and during playback of speech or music, there is also a hiss. If I try with a Bluetooth headset there is no hiss, but I prefer wired. Any suggestions?

With Best Regards,
Josh

could be variety of issues... ranging from bad port, bad cable, dirty port, etc. etc.

cables always have noise, which leads to 'hiss' sound... anyone familiar with audio stuff would know better than me. But if it is 'very' noticeable it could really  be an issue or you just might be sensitive to it and have come to be unable to ignore it.

you could take it to UbreakIfix near by and have them diagnose it for you

Try cleaning the port on the phone and headphones with alcohol.
