1. Go to ur Google search bar 2. Type in the words "YouTube" 3. When u get ur results, u should see the link 4. When u click on it, it should say it is not able to view 5. Go to the three dots in the top right corner 6. Click "Desktop site" 7. Give it a second to load and u should be able to watch youtube videos
If it's not on the Main Home Screen and you also cannot find it on the list of the apps when you swipe app from your home screen then possible that it might have been hidden. To fix this go to your Settings > Home Screen > Hide Apps and from here if you can see YouTube under hidden apps just press the " - " (minus sign) and hit Done.
