galaxynote8 keep freezing after reset

Hi

My galaxy note8 keeps random freezing after I reset it.Emoji (on the key board)do not respond  all times when I touch it.I wept cach,fixed pixels,safe mode, and hard reset ,but the problem still exists.

Please help me
