"Complete action using" keeps popping up

This screen all of a sudden is keeps popping up at the bottom of my Homepage.  How can I turn it off?

That will show until you pick one and then pick always

More importantly, make sure you don't have any malware on your device. If that is popping up by itself without you trying to open something on your own, you have a bad app on your device. Just a heads up.
