"No certificates found" message that pops up at random while using Edge.

Every once in awhile while using the Edge browser on my phone, this message pops up: 

No certificates found 

 Edge has requested a certificate. Agreeing to this request will allow the application to use this certificate with servers from now on. The requesting server has been recognized as ***.***********:***. Only agree to this request if you trust the application.

 + Install certificate

Ive never had a message like this pop-up before. It doesnt do it all the time and doesnt seem to be isolated to any specific site(s); Just every once in awhile. Everythings up to date on the phone and the app is up to date. Would this be an issue with the phone? Or an issue on Microsofts' side?
