I wouldnt trust my health data to Samsung. But, I'm pretty sure a health agency has to opt in to that type of data sharing and I don't think Vets affairs would.
With all the data breaches. I would be hard pressed to add my sensitive health information into any phone health app. Other than tracking heart rate, steps, sleep and possibly exercise, the health apps arent that great. The VA has a secure health app for all of your health info. I would stick that. Hppe this help
