I just placed my pre-order for the Galaxy Ring (now waiting for the sizing kit), but I have a question regarding long-term support when your ring size changes. Oura supports its customers by providing free ring exchanges if/when your ring size changes over time. Will Samsung be offering anything like that - even discounted exchange or exchange for a fee? I know asking for free exchanges might be a little too much considering there is no subscription (unlike with Oura), but a discounted/fee exchange would be nice! Especially for those who are able to lose/gain weight with the help of Samsung Health 🙂
I have been using a resizer but 1. It okkod horrible and 2. It falls off constantly. Could you provide a link for the one you use? Have you had a lot of issues?
