Galaxy Ring would no longer pair with phone after Galaxy watch Ultra went into power saving mode

In the middle of the night, my Samsung Watch Ultra 7 went into power saving mode. My phone was no longer able to establish a Bluetooth connection with my ring. I had to put the ring in it's case, and factory reset it.
