Galaxy ring is not be sold in Turkey!

Why is the Galaxy Ring not be sold in Turkey?

İt is unclear when it sold be in Turkey but its still not launched here. 

Samsung also sales on amazon where Turkey is listed but cannot be shipped there.

Samsung whats the problem?
