Galaxy Ring

Just got my sizing kit today.  My plan was to use the ring on my ring finger so that I don't need to wear 2 rings.  I discovered that size 8 wouldn't go over my knuckle...size 9 felt about right.  Wearing the sizing ring for a few hours I found that the ring would drift, or rotate on my finger so that the sensors were shifted to the side of my finger rather than towards my palm.  2 questions, first, how much accuracy do you lose if the sensors aren't completely lined up towards your palm and second, will the material on the inside of the actual ring prevent it from rotating as easily as the plastic replica?

Galaxy Ring

Thank you for reaching out. Based on what you're stating, it sounds like the improper ring size was chosen. The ring should be snug fitted. It should not be loosely sliding around. We do recommend that when using the sizing ring that you wear it for at least 24 hours, as the size of fingers can sometimes vary depending on the time of the day and other variables. The ring can be worn on any finger, but we do recommend using the index finger if you wish to use some ring gestures. We would recommend obtaining a sizing kit from samsung.com and see about what return options you have available seeing that you have the wrong size.
