Galaxy Ringif you guys decide to introduce the product be sure you are well prepared as apple is.
You introduced the ring today, I wanted to order it and boom, website glitches after glitches, then sizing kit is out of stock, and there is no info how to measure to find the correct size, shame shame. support chat doesn't have any idea how to measure it either, at some point they say "come back later" ...WOW
I would call that product introduction a disaster !

Galaxy RingEnd of Saga. I pre-ordered early and had a date of July 24 for shipping my Ultra and accessories. FYI. They changed it to very end of September, then late August, then back to July 21 then to early August again and finally on actual the day it shows up they changed it back to July 24. WHERE WE STARTED. After all that angst. So I got everything, right on time - but they really need to fix their computerized logistics software etc. Bad look for a TECH company. PS so far loving it. Its like Xmas day. As to the separately ordered Buds Pro3 - that I understand and they have handled that legit. I'll wait.

Galaxy RingPre ordered my Watch 7, 44mm, green on July 16
Was promised by live agent assisting my order that I'd recieve by July 24. Still no change to order. Why is it samsung can tend to big retailers over direct consumers? My order says by August 21st, but yet I can order through Amazon now and get it by tomorrow morning?
Most recent chat with samsung rep says they can offer me a $25 coupon for my next purchase as an appology. I declined, stating I won't be ordering direct from them in the future
Experience has been unreal if samsung really values it's customers

Galaxy RingI purchased my watch on July 14, in the first instance it had a delivery date of July 24, they changed it to August 21, then to September 18 and finally to September 25. Why do they do this? someone have the same problem?

Galaxy RingIt changes because supply on hand/logistics change. Pre-orders usually mean they have "adequate" product on hand to begin shipping and as orders increase, production/shipping may not keep up. You can save yourself a lot of disappointment by not ordering a hot item within minutes/hours/days of the pre-order window opening and waiting for the frenzy of everyone who has to be the first to have the latest thing to die down.
