Since I got the new update I have 2 phone numbers that are blocked any help would be appreciated. Check the call blocking on the phone and neither number is listed as blocked.
I had a problem with this without the update. I had someone blocked and unblocked them and still couldn't get texts from them . I am using Google messages and my problem was even though they were unblocked I someone had their number as spam messages so I wasn't getting them . Not sure how I took it off it being spam messages but when I did I received texts from them once again
If you have verified the numbers are not being blocked in the Phone Settings, we recommend reaching out to your service provider for assistance as they are responsible for this service.
