Cannot turn off store advertisements

How is this possible or even legal? Samsung is showing users advertisements for games and apps with absolutely no ability to limit them or turn them off. Not even Google apps will send notifications with no ability to turn them off.

I get those also I click dint show me again for today not figured out how to stop them

1. Open phone settings
2. Click on Notifications
3. Click on Advanced settings
4. Enable the option "Manage notification categories for each app"

Now:

1. Long press on the Galaxy Store icon
2. Click the little i in a circle in the upper right
3. Click on Notifications
4. Click on Notification categories.
5. Turn off all the items that you don't want. 

I don't get the advertising notifications and I only have these items enabled:

• Coupon
• Installations from other apps
• Samsung Rewards points
• App updates
