Forgot pin code for an old S20 phone

I previously owned an S20 and was going to give my young one it for wifi use but can't figure out the pin to unlock it. I can't find help any place. Does anyone know a solution? I've literally tried everything I could dream of. I previously typed A51. I've had too many galaxy phones I guess. Support can't help.

Recovery mode and wipe data, it'll reset the phone to default

Unfortunately, without the pin I can't power it down. Also, I had the wrong model. It's an S20.

So it powers down, but is a forced restart. It won't shut down completely.
