Galaxy S PhonesHello, I am having an issue with my Samsung Galaxy S10 5G. Whenever I connect to any of my Bluetooth devices my phone's bluetooth will disconnect randomly after a short time and then reconnect after awhile on it's own. I've tried every solution besides factory reset. I reset the network settings, cleared bluetooth cache and data, unpaired all of my devices, restarted my phone and all devices but I still am having the same problem. I even looked into developer options and nothing works. Customer support was no help. Any real help would be greatly appreciated

Galaxy S PhonesHello, welcome to the Community, and thank you for reaching out. Thank you also for listing what troubleshooting steps you have and haven't tried yet. The only troubleshooting steps left are to factory reset as you said (guide here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/), and to try Safe Mode. Safe Mode will determine if a third-party application is responsible for this behavior. Check the guide out for it here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
Be sure also to make sure the Bluetooth devices in question are compatible, and check with the manufacturer(s) to ensure compatibility, in addition to troubleshooting the devices themselves.
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1.
