I have an S20 that no longer charges wirelessly. I've tried using both a S21 phone and a Samsung wireless charger, and neither work. I get a message that says that phone is either positioned incorrectly (it isnt....) or is too hot to charge. It doesnt feel hot and I have tried it immediately after switching on after a period of inactivity.
The S20 can provide wireless power to the S21 - so it is able to charge wirelessly, but cant receive wireless power.
Power Sharing is definitely enabled in the settings and the software is up to date.
