It was stated a few weeks ago that the beta would be released in a couple of months to developers and the full release would be around the launch of the S25's so sometime in Jan.

That's because Pixel is a Google product so, naturally, they'd get it first. Also, on a Pixel Android is the UI. On any other phone, the brand's UI has to work with the Android version, so it takes longer to integrate and implement.
