How to back up Samsung Messages?

Is it possible to backup my Samsung Text Messages to my internal sd card or another source. I am currently using Samsung Messages 13.1.23.11. Samsung S10 Plus running all latest versions and up to date.

using Smart Switch, you can back them up to your SD card/PC/SSD

You can use Smart Switch on PC as previous commenter mentioned. I personally go to settings then accounts and backup data which stores it in the cloud
