I spent time to organize my home page. every other time that i power down/up the device ,the home page goes back to default, and and my email accounts disappear too.
That shouldn't be happening. Did you lock the home screen layout? This prevents any changes, accidental or deliberate. Also check that you didn't enable easy mode and have both the home and apps screen enabled.
