Galaxy S PhonesWhen I try to make my the volume of my phone louder it takes me to a custom volume limit pin setting, and it can toggle between on and off. When I turn it on it asks for a custom volume limit pin, but I have never set a pin for the volume. I assumed it might have been the same pin as my screen lock pin but it keeps saying incorrect pin. And I can't find any option on where to create/change the pin anywhere in the volume settings. Any ideas on how to find the pin for this setting- Android Version:13, Samsung Galaxy A03

Galaxy S PhonesHello all, thanks for reaching out in regards to the media volume limit pin. If you are unable to remember or know what the PIN is, the only way to reset it would be to perform a factory reset. Thankfully, if you diligently back up everything you wish to keep, you can do so and give your device a fresh start: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
If the factory reset did not help, submit an error report via the Samsung Members app: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
