Missing data saver icon

Hello all who's available, I have done all these steps to restore the data saver icon just to be unable to restore it. Due to not having the available toggle to edit it back on the panel I'm stuck & not able to use my hot spot cause my phone telling me to turn off my data saver that Inever turned on. If anyone can help PLEASE HELP ME!!! FYI data saver not showing under connections for data usage ither.

Settings > Connections > Data Usage > Data Saver

ButtaBean_420 there's no data saver in my connections under the data usage for me to even choose the method

What phone do you have?
Who is your provider?
Can you provide a screenshot of Data usage menu

I have done an software update, resetting to its original default, tried to edit it but no where in the icon panel gives a choice to even add the icon back on the panel list. Resetting my network will mess up what network I'm operating on

Try this, go to settings, connections, and data usage. There, you will find the Data Saver to turn on or off.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no button for Data Saver.

Correct tge is no option to even choose data saver with these steps I tried that 2days ago & my phone has had a software update I even tried resetting to its original default Nothing
