Galaxy S PhonesIf you open up your gallery, find the photo/video you want to move then long-press it to bring up any options. Depending on your device, the interface may be different mind you. There you should find a 'move' option (if not, there should be a 'more' option, which should bring up a list of items. 'Move' will likely be among them).
After that, it's simply picking an album, or creating a new one.

Galaxy S PhonesThen just select the file or files you want to move, tap "move" on the bottom left and select where to move them to.
