Transfer photos/albums from Gallery to my Google Photos?

Hi! Is there an easy way to transfer my photos and albums from Gallery to my Google photos?

you don't have to transfer anything. just back them up to Google Photos and they're all there.

I've already transferred some photos and made some new albums in Gallery.

The problem is at the reverse, for transferring photos and albums from Gallery not a problem just back up options in settings easy, but if you want to copy or move from Google photos to, Ex Hard Drive another story

I had to go to backup in the settings and reset the Samsung cloud to not being the default setting.
